Above all, a Reform Jewish Day School, and The Davis Academy in particular, is about educating students to become proud, committed Jews who will succeed in whatever they choose to do. Reform Judaism emphasizes tolerance, diversity, high level and individual thinking and finding what is comfortable for one’s own religious practice. The Davis Academy, which is one of the largest Reform Jewish Day Schools in North America, nurtures the soul of students and is a welcoming community for their families. In addition, studies have shown that students who receive a private school education have broader world experiences which they are able to integrate positively into their lives.
Davis students have a 100% acceptance rate to the high schools of their choice, including Atlanta’s best private schools and public magnet schools, where many have distinguished themselves academically, in the arts and in sports.
