At Davis, I learned the values of diligence and community—lessons I carry with me every day. Davis showed me that when you’re truly passionate about something, anything is possible. I never imagined myself on the path to graduating medical school and pursuing a competitive surgical career, but looking back, I credit Davis for laying the foundation that got me here.

One of my favorite Davis memories is our 8th-grade trip to Israel. I’ll never forget floating in the Dead Sea with my closest friends—a surreal experience that brought Mr. Asher’s science lessons on density to life in the most unforgettable way.

Choosing the right school for your child is never an easy decision, especially when weighing the cost of private education. But when I reflect on my time at Davis, I feel incredibly privileged to have had such meaningful relationships with my teachers and classmates—connections I know I wouldn’t have experienced in a larger public school setting. The education and support I received prepared me for a top-tier high school and college experience, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Even now, my closest friends are Davis graduates, each of us thriving in our own fields—a testament to the lifelong impact of a Davis education.
