Noah Weiser graduated from The Weber School in 2017 and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in 2021. He is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, with an expected graduation in 2026. Noah serves as the Legislative Reports Editor of the Water Law Review.
