This week in Mechina, students learned about community helpers and the important roles they play in our daily lives, highlighted by visits from local firefighters, police officers, a dentist, and a pilot. To wrap up the unit, students dressed as their favorite helpers, showcasing roles like doctors, nurses, and construction workers. It was a fun, hands-on way to celebrate all they’ve learned about the people who make our community stronger!
