In commemoration of Yom HaShoah, our Middle School students had the privilege of hearing Holocaust survivor Bea Schemer share her powerful story. Her testimony brought history to life, deepening students’ understanding of the Shoah and the importance of remembrance.
In the weeks leading up to her visit, students engaged in an in-depth Holocaust research project and shared their learning through presentations and visual displays, an experience made even more impactful by Bea’s moving story.
