Tribute Song Becoming Braves Anthem

With the World Series underway, we are excited to be celebrating our beloved Atlanta Braves with jerseys, red & blue sprinkle cake and plenty of Davis ruach! And thanks to Rabbi Micah we have turned our love for the game of baseball to a values-based learning experience with the release of his newest song, “Keep Swinging” , which he wrote earlier this year as a tribute to Hank Aaron in the days following his passing. He was deeply inspired by Aaron’s courage, grace, and legacy both on and off the field and based the song on the following quote from Aaron:

My motto was always to keep swinging. Whether I was in a slump or feeling badly or having trouble off the field, the only thing to do was keep swinging.

“Keep Swinging” is inspired by a great Atlantan, written by our very own Rabbi Micah and recorded and produced in our home town. At the same time, it has a universal message about resilience, grit and teamwork.
