Application Process

If you are a new family, applying to The Davis Academy for the first time, you will need to create a new user login (username and password) to ensure your information is secure. If you are a current Davis Academy family applying for a new student to the school, please login to your account and begin the process. The deadline to submit application is February 15th.

In addition to submitting a copy of the applicant's Birth Certificate,  the following forms should be downloaded, printed, signed by the parent/guardian and then completed by the current school and returned to The Davis Academy Admissions Office. The deadline to receive completed application forms is March 1st.

Fourth - Fifth

Sixth - Eighth

Families who are interested in applying for tuition assistance can do so through CLARITY, following the button below. The deadline to receive completed Financial Aid forms is Feb. 15th.

FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION

Shortly after the application is submitted, you will be contacted by a representative in the admissions office to arrange dates for individual screenings and activity/shadow day:

• Mechina - Kindergarten: Individual Screening, Activity Day
• 1st Grade - 5th Grade: Individual Screening, Classroom Shadow Day Visit
• 6th Grade - 8th Grade:  Complete SSAT Testing (Davis Academy Code 2743), Classroom Shadow Day Visit

Screenings and activity/shadow days are typically scheduled during the months of December, January and early February.
