New Spring After-School Programs (Post Shrek Jr.)
Registration Now Open!
Please read before you register:
1. Each class will occur once a week on Thursday's, March 26 through May 7. If necessary, a make-up session will take place on May 14. The enrichments are taught by a variety of teachers including our own Davis Academy teachers as well as talented instructors from the community. Most classes have a maximum enrollment and will therefore be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Likewise, if we do not meet a minimum number of registrants, we will not run the enrichment. As a result, we are unable to offer classes on a trial basis. Registration for Spring Semester classes is now open and will end on Monday, March 23.
2. Class times are 3:20 – 4:30 p.m. Students will arrive at their enrichment location at 3:20 p.m., and parents must be at school to pick up students at 4:30 p.m. On the day(s) that your child is participating in an after-school enrichment session, all students in that session will be dismissed before carpool and report directly to the class. For the first day of classes, students will be informed by their homeroom teachers where to meet their instructors. Please review this procedure with your child before classes begin.
*Please note: The pickup window will end at 4:45 p.m. at which point your child will go to EDP. You will need to come into the building to sign your child out (and potentially be charged according to EDP fees).
3. Behavior: Appropriate behavior, including respect and consideration of others, is expected of all students. Each instructor will reserve the right to ask a student not to return to a class if his/her behavior is inappropriate or disruptive to the classroom environment.
4. Confirmation: After you register, you will receive an email confirming that your payment was processed. Please note that we only send club details once registration has closed, so consider your confirmation email final unless you hear otherwise.
In rare cases, if a class is full or doesn't meet the minimum required, we may need to issue a refund. If that happens, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you don't hear from us within a few hours of registering, your spot is confirmed and you will receive all the program information after registration closes.

Registration and payment must be submitted by Monday, March 23. There are no refunds once a club begins.
